Payment

All transactions are in U.S. dollars and will be made by bank money trasfers.

Privacy Policy

We will not disclose any customers information we have (names, addresses and email addresses etc.) about our customers to any other merchant or entity that does not perform direct services on our and your behalf (EMS, UPS etc).

International Shipping Policy

For international orders please contact us directly by email at info @cemment.com.

We ship international Orders by airfreight to most destinations in the world with EMS. Your purchases are delivered directly to you by courier. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Due to the current political climate, additional security checks are taking place in many countries. This may result in a small delay to the delivery of orders to certain countries.

Please note that all shipments to international destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Merchandise will be shipped via EMS and will be subject to EMS standards, regulations and delivery limitations. We will charge you then for the shipping and handling costs.

If you would like any other shipping services (express deliveries etc) or destinations you must contacts us by email first. We will charge you then for those shipping costs.

All products will be shipped as soon as possible. Deliveries are subject to clearance and availability of stock. We will inform you by email when items are dispatched and provide you with a tracking number.

If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. ceMMent Design will contact you to arrange this via email.

EMS insures all packages for value of up to $100 shipment automatically. For higher value ceMMent Design will fill the exact monetary value of the shipment content to EMS and insure it on your behalf. This is included in the shipping fee.

In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately at info@cemment.com. We will regard the shipment as damaged goods. Please read the "Return / Exchange Policy" below for exact instructions for returning the merchandise. In addition, send us photos (by email or in hardcopy) of the damaged shipment.

Please be advised that international shipping may not be available to all countries. Delivery to remote or rural areas may accordingly take longer.

Return/Exchange Policy

It is important to us at ceMMent Design that you are satisfied with your purchases.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receipt for any reason, please follow these steps:

  • Email your first name, last name, shipping address, email address, product description, invoice copy, a letter stating a brief reason for the return / exchange. Following this you will receive a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number by email. Please include the RMA form inside the return package.
  • Ship the product with the authorization RMA number within 5 days from the date you receive the RMA number to receive your selected exchange item or refund. All shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you are sending merchandise back you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be subtracted from your refund.
  • The merchandize must be unused and returned in the original shipping box. We will not accept any item that has been used or damaged. Return will not be accepted if the item is not in its original condition and packaging.
  • Buyers are responsible for shipping of all exchanged items.
  • Please ensure that you send returned goods back using recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to goods in transit.
  • After we receive your returned item, your return will be processed and you will be notified by email once a store credit / redelivery / refund has been issued to you.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to make changes to our policies at any time without further notice.
  • Any damaged goods or defects must be reported to us within 5 days from the date you receive the product. We will not accept any claim for any defects or damage after that period. Please contact us in the same manner as listed above (email to receive an RMA number). We will bear the shipping costs for such items. Replacement merchandise will be sent back to you on our expense as soon as possible after receiving the damaged goods.

Appearance

ceMMent Design cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors and textures of the products presented on this Site. We have made every effort to display them as accurately as possible, yet the hand made process does vary and each piece is unique.

Retailers and Wholesalers

Any store in the US that is interested in purchasing items from our collection can contact us for the list of wholesale prices.

If you have a shop anywhere else in the world and are interested in stocking items from our collection please get in touch with us directly. We look forward to hearing from you.
